Step 1: Order and Payment
Confirm the rental period
Note:
- Ordering at least 2 days before the delivery date is needed.
- For Hokkaido, 3 days advance booking is needed. Okinawa, 6 day's advance booking is required to ensure the on time delivery.
Secure Payment
- Payment can be made by either credit card or PayPal account through the secured Paypal gateway.
Order confirmation mail

- After payment is settled, an automatic order confirmation mail will be sent to your registered email box.
Step 2: Pick up & Enjoy
Airport pickup (Normal or Premium Delivery)
- We can deliver to the following airport for the pickup
Post Office Pickup (Normal Delivery)
Note: The preimum Delivery will cost additional 1,000 JPY for one single order. (Price will be the same even multiple units are placed in the same order).
Hotel pickup (Normal Delivery)

We can deliver to the hotel which you specified in the order form.
Residence pickup (Normal Delivery)

Other than the address, the building name. Please also provide the resident name of the address.
Delivery Notification

In any case, a delivery notification will be sent to your mail box.
Step 3: Drop into a Post Box
A prepaid envelop is enclosed for your return

Switch off the wifi device.
Put the wifi device, USB cable, AC adaptor into the pouch.
Put the pouch into the prepaid envelop.

There is post box anywhere in Japan and they can also be found in the major airport.

Drop the prepaid envelop into the Post Box/Airport Post Office.
